Switchy is one of my favorite tools for daily business automation and link management.

It is my best lifetime deal purchase on AppSumo.

It’s more than a simple link shortener; it’s a time-saver, a branding tool, and an efficient way to manage and share links across platforms without hassle.

Switchy is a versatile link shortener, similar to Bitly, but with some key advantages.

The tool allows you to:

  • Affiliate links are not "pixelable", i.e. you can't retarget affiliate links with ads. But with Switchy, a pretty link, you can pixel those.

  • Create memorable, shareable URLs that are easier for your audience to use.

Unlike Bitly, which charges a subscription fee, Switchy is available as a one-time purchase (at least when I got it on AppSumo), making it an incredible value.

Who is Switchy for?

Here are some examples:

  • Short links for webinars and training: For webinars, I use short links like 'eran.link/switchy' to direct attendees quickly without clunky URLs.

  • Mobile-friendly access: When I’m on the go, I answer customer questions with quick links, like 'eran.link/login' to direct users to my course login page.

  • Affiliate promotions: I set up affiliate links with 'eran.link' prefixes so that sharing affiliate links is seamless and they’re always easy for my audience to remember.

By having these pretty links, I’m prepared for any question or link request without disrupting my workflow.

Pricing and Considerations

Switchy was available on AppSumo as a one-time purchase, which was a big plus over the ongoing subscription fees of similar tools. I paid $39 for it.

You’ll also need to factor in a separate domain name for branding, which typically costs around $10–$20 per year through providers like Namecheap.

(I purchased eran.link and connected it to Switchy).

For easy sharing of affiliate links and my own branded pages, it’s been worth every penny.

Linktree Page Creator

Switchy has another cool feature which is a linktree type page creator.

Very easy to use and set up.
